Where do I manage orders and invoices?

Sign in at shop.ruxora.org to place orders, pay invoices, view active services and open support tickets.

Where are the servers located?

Ruxora services are hosted in Nuremberg, Germany. VPS plans use Ryzen 9-series CPUs, NVMe storage and a 2.5 Gbit uplink.

Can I change a plan later?

Available upgrades depend on the product. Check the options shown in the shop or open a support ticket before ordering if you expect to scale.

What services are available?

Ruxora offers Ryzen VPS, Minecraft, Rust, Valheim and 7 Days to Die servers, Minecraft proxies, TeamSpeak, Discord bot hosting and domain registration.
